@AmericanExpress what a horrible customer service experience. I'm a new customer with a new sign up bonus that I am unable to use because my card has failed to be delivered on 3 different occasions. Was told by a supervisor there is nothing she can do. Unbelievable

@HeritageHondaPV I have never been more outraged in my life. I received and email from a sales person with a lower price of a vehicle I was interested in. Show up and was told they would not honor an email they sent. Than accused I doctored the email.

@wingstop Ordered wings 1 1/2 hours before the game was supposed to start. Arrived to the Harford rd store and was meet with rude and ignorant employees who were over worked and extremely understaffed
