@SNBCares You replied the usual robotic answer, really I donโt know what to do more, it seems it should go to SAMA for the unresolved international transfer and the handling of my complaint by Saudi National Bank (SNB).
@SNBCares I want to know those;The SWIFT/UETR tracking number.?Correspondent/intermediary bank handling the transfer? a Written confirmation of where the SAR 7,000 currently is.The expected resolution date. And why complaint was marked โresolvedโwhen funds are neither received nor returned

@SNBCares I did contact you on one of those numbers and we managed me and the customer services lady to check the issue and we found out that the bank needed more info, I answered the bankโs questions. Now, when I will see my Money transferred to my AlSalam bank in Bahrain?
@SNBCares As usual, in SNB mobile it says you resolved my problem, but thatโs not true, I did not get my transfer amount nor you did not return it to my account. But yet you ask me for service review two times now by calling me.. No communication ๐ค, I want my money back

That you have to extend the resolving date till 28 th of June, you always like that repeating same replies in all supportโs Chanels..
@SNBCares I just received a notification from the support that they extended to resolve my transfer problem till 28th, thatโs not acceptable,I transferred because I am traveling,you are telling me till end June. Itโs ridiculous, return my money back to my SNB account.
