@British_Airways Is there a telephone number we can ring have a reference number but still no case 🤯

Shocking customer service from @British_Airways 😡 parents 3 cases all lost, returned someone else's cases to them and told the case is closed as they've had a delivery. Now told to go to Cardiff Airport to relodge a complaint even though they flew into Heathrow 🤯

@British_Airways Still no joy this is ridiculous they have been to Cardiff Airport as told and they were turned away as @British_Airways doesn't fly from there 🙄 they had a message to say their case would arrive yesterday and still nothing 😡 and they still have someone else's case 🙈
