Merge to Word or Excel in @ActCRM from both Contacts AND Companies. Works with multiple databases and you can email directly either as an attachment or embedded document.

Seamless Opportunities allows you to merge fields from an @ActCRM Opportunity, associated Contact and Company to MS Word, Excel or PDF. It also saves a shortcut to the document you saved, on the documents tab of the Opp. and Contact record. So easy to find. #ThursdayTips#Quoting
Use #DropBox and #OneDrive to store the quotes or other documents you produce with Seamless Opportunities. Just set them up in the root of the common local drives (e.g C:) & links in the docs tab, that get created as part of the merge process are accessible to all users who sync.
