@Debs_1982 @RyanSoapKing25 Johnny has the look and feel of a bad guy, and they’ve constantly positioned him as mummy’s little prince - they should lean in to the darker side of him, and give him some edge, he doesn’t work with Callum I agree, but if they insist in keeping him, make it interesting

@RyanSoapKing25 Let’s call it for what it is, the twins story has been too messy from day one, Zoe was all over the shop, Chrissie was inserted for shits and giggles and we had the constant mini mo saga - they either need to re direct the story quickly, or just accept the mess up and end it

@babesmithh He came in battering Jamie Mitchell. He was very abusive, we found out he was abused in a care home, then he got with Little Mo and helped her leave Trevor when he was abusing her, he tried to bring up Freddie after Mo was raped, he’s always had involvement even if not the lead

@RyanSoapKing25 I’d say the point of the story was to highlight the even more diminishing self worth that Jasmine has for herself, happy to stay with a guy who slept with her brother because she thinks she can’t do better, I don’t think Oscar is the main point of the story, Jasmine is.

@RyanSoapKing25 Can’t help feeling they’re struggling for stories for George, first they revisit the dad story, now they revisit the head injury.

@RyanSoapKing25 I feel in truth they built everyone up at the flash forward, and only really invested properly in moving that forward this week, so the 12 month flash forward was more just a 6 month one, and they saw out other stories first - that’s not helped.

@kjlherbalife The other issue with this is they’re going to lose the impact of the story by watering it down with the baby storyline - both are running simultaneously - this baby issue needed resolving before they moved on to SA

@grufflou @RyanSoapKing25 I don’t mind the episodes so much, I just think they’ve been fairly predictable to this point - we know George’s dad will end up dead - so given the hype, a surprise would be nice 😂

@RyanSoapKing25 I’m expecting a transplant storyline - which is why it’s not a long term thing with Gray, but she has to turn to him as he becomes her last option to save Jordan’s life (that’s my guess anyway)

@RyanSoapKing25 Yeh, I think Zack as a character is so done. They’ve tried so hard to get him in to as many stories as possible. The Barney stuff is mind numbing - the affairs are boring - let’s be honest nobody like that stays around long term, and he’s two years overdue his departure 😂

@RyanSoapKing25 As for Callum, honestly, they’re screwed a bit here, because he’s got nothing story wise without Ben, and I fail to see where they can take him. That said, the show don’t want to lose Lexi, so I have no idea what they do with Callum, if he does go, I see Lexi remaining with Phil

@RyanSoapKing25 In fairness to Howie and Harvey, even at the peak of their storylines, they’ve still only ever been bit part players who are there to advance other characters like Jean, Kathy and Kim.

@RyanSoapKing25 They were not my question - I questioned why Josh was there - they had a scene where he was dancing and I’m like “hang on, that guy knows a handful of people” I also want to know how them two are affording a marquee, and taking over a central London park 😂

@RyanSoapKing25 I also think the dynamic is different, be interesting to see this version of Phil with sharon. In the last 18 months Phil’s character has shifted significantly
