@kawmstar @DanEspo14 Did you add interior wall insulation + exterior or sheathing / water barrier then solid foam or what? Fully replace the siding you had?

@DanEspo14 My exterior walls are only just insulation boards with nothing in them. The exterior looked new so was hoping for some insight on a solid plan as still researching and so many ways it can be done. Do you have ducts then or this pushing air directly into main room space?

@JeffNippard hey there Jeff; still trying to stay healthy with half rack, bar and some weights but I seem to have acquired tennis elbow (pain of nerve rounding over elbow cap). Recommended exercises I can still do to keep in the game or just let er rest
