@Vic_858 @AirCanada @CTA_gc The AirTag gives the exact house my luggage is in, miles away from me. Air Canada’s app still says they are Preparing For Delivery. But it has said that for more than 24 hours now. This lazy incompetent attitude towards business class travelers is a disaster.

.@AirCanada My two bags are supposed to be en route from YQY Sydney to DTW Detroit. Instead they are sitting in YUL, Montreal and have been for 36 hours now. NO ONE is doing anything. If any actual person could answer the phone, they could be put on the flight to DTW today. Help!

@Vic_858 @AirCanada @CTA_gc Because Air Canada read only some of my messages and not all, and *did not respond*, it appears they have delivered my bag to someone else, or let it be stolen. Without ANY WAY to make contact with Air Canada or people at the airports, this is now serious.
