@Ravenwild9 @Tonysmarkettips Actually there's millions of reasons. Until he's reinstated and shows up he doesn't count against the 49ers cap. If they cut him now, they'll have dead money on the cap. If he doesn't show up for the remainder of the contract then they don't have a cap hit at all

The more amazing part is 29 other owners would rather subsidize a cheap skate than force him out of the club.
