He decided he wanted an early out, and dropped almost 100 pills. A fellow team member knew something was up, found him, and just got him to hospital in time. He is recovering, seemed more positive today, hoping recovery continues

- work and immediate family ✅
- mother rapid decline with vascular dementia very tough❌
- distanced myself from negative relationships✅
- my health declined ❌, though now on the up✅

A project I have been working on over the last 12 months is restoring oyster and shellfish reefs decimated by cement industry 100+ years ago. We are collecting spat (baby oysters) to build new structures for the marine life.
