@amazon day five and still no resolution. I have called customer service, 3 different times, and replied to 5 different emails. Each time sending in copies of receipts and activation notices, but they still have my money held on cards I purchased from @kroger

@amazon denied my gift card redemption. They said I violated their terms and conditions. Then they said it was under fraudulent review, but not by me, and still would return my money. I didn’t violate any purchase rules and I bought these from @kroger. This is insulting.
