Over 5.6 million people have lost Medicaid since the beginning of the unwind. "Procedural reasons" can mask a lot of different root causes. Managed care plans of all kinds, MA, Medicaid, DSNP... need to be helping members through this process. People need help.

Overall, 73% of people who lost Medicaid since April 1 were disenrolled for procedural reasons, which occur due to barriers enrollees face while completing their renewals.

I'm reading Searching for the Amazons by John Man. It's a deep dive into the real cultures behind the Greek myth(s). Fascinating to look through the lens we all know (Greek) but also to learn about these under-represented cultures on their own terms. Strong recommend!
