Still feels like the performance hits I’ve had from not granting FDA. I wonder if granting rg, your shell binary itself, or the ssh agent FDA might fix it? Worth a shot temporarily enabling it on a bunch of stuff, seeing if any fixes it, and then narrowing. You’ll have to screen remote in iirc to grant fda (I have to do this every time something updates!)

@composio Kimi Code is the least interesting one to test though as it is presumably post-trained in that harness and we'd expect it to be efficient. Comparing that to Codex App server and Pi would be interesting.

@almonk New gpt voice mode is really bad with this - starts new threads in worktree mode for no reason when half the time I’m just using it for read only stuff. If i want a worktree I’ll ask!

@ryoppippi @mattzcarey I love nushell and daily drive it, but it’s best at letting humans interact with data. I can’t see how it’s any better than Python for parsing data. Now jq I agree a bit more (jaq to be precise), but even then, Python more powerful because you can then do stuff with those data!

@simonw @willpienaar It is actually possible, just janky and poorly documented. You have to go the old way - in ChatGPT web, enable developer add-ons, then add it as a plugin in ChatGPT web. Then it’ll work in GPT live on all devices, not just in work/codex over remote
