Surely, dealing with litter where the source is know would be a quick win.

This is very unsightly for locals and tourists.

Is this adequate permission for this work??? The "mile marker" is far outside the boundary of proposed work and inside the Architectural Conservation Area. The planners report says no impact on ACA.
