City amputee player David Saunders is fighting his third battle with cancer.
David was one of the first players to sign for the club’s amputee team when it was launched in 2017 and has represented Ireland on 38 occasions.

Sean Murphy picked up a cut in the first half of our game today but played on until the end, we would like to thank the 2 Mexican medics who looked after him so well as he required some stitches in his head.
The Kevin Smith Champion Stakes goes the way of Tree Top Danno. Massive early pace from the winner who was in cruise control early on. Faha Wonder came with a strong late run but the winner was always doing enough. A superb front running winning run in 13.12. #ChampionStakes
