Duch He signed with the Orioles and it was released. Harden was also pretty bad one year after being traded.

Programs that stemmed the rate of homelessness growth in L.A. are ending. Meanwhile the city is increasingly criminalizing homelessness. When the 2022 homeless count results came out last week, providers and advocates said they fear a "tsunami" of homelessness in 2023.
