This morning I used @Waze to navigate me to my destination and and was guided by the delightful voice of @MeCookieMonster. This afternoon, to my dismay, I used the app and the voice was changed to a boring robotic voice. What gives?? #sadvoiceissad

@EdLatimore Crucial changes were stopping smoking in my car and moving out of a place with smoking roommates into a place with non smokers.

@EdLatimore Cold turkey but took several major changes to reduce smoking before I was successful. Quit for multiple months numerous times before my current 5 year streak. Final catalyst was hiking 14k ft mountain in Colorado. Last cig was the night before the hike.
