@JHardwickJD @Epicdandan @CA_EDD Any of the options get you to a rep. I called 100 times and randomly got through at 3:30 pm. Each call takes roughly 3 mins. When you get through you sit on hold for 30 mins. Takes them 60 seconds to open your claim. I have not received $$ yet though
