“This was a team, a franchise, a city in deep mourning and disarray after the tragic death of Kobe Bryant. And LeBron was able to bring that team together. … That is storybook stuff. ”

The final episode of BOY MEETS WORLD (1993–2000) has an unfair amount of emotional damage packed into its last few minutes. Mr. Feeny saying goodbye to the class feels like a teacher saying goodbye to an entire generation that grew up with the show.
Attack on Titan (2013–2023) really went from “humanity fighting giant monsters” to one of the most ambitious and morally messy stories anime has ever attempted. Every season completely recontextualized the one before it. Absolute masterpiece.
