So, My question is: How did APC manage to secure such a huge number of votes in Osun despite the widespread concerns over poor governance and the lack of tangible achievements?
If vote-buying was the only area where they truly delivered, Osun voters showed them something important: you can collect the money and still vote according to your conscience.
