@mymagicpin I tried reaching out to the delivery person multiple times, but there was no response. In-app customer support bot keeps repeating the same message without any resolution. Upon checking with the restaurant, I was informed that they handed over my order at approximately 10:30 PM.

I am extremely disappointed with the service on my very first order. I placed a food order around 9:45 PM. Since then, the order status has been stuck at Restaurant preparing the order.
It is now 12:30 AM on the next day, and I am still clueless about my order.

@amazonIN Tried reaching to your customer care via multiple routes not but believes you guys are not willing to to give customer care experience to your customers. My delivery package is stuck and have no clue where it is right now.
The delivery is through Amazon shipping

@airtelindia thanks for giving the fastest service. I had applied for a fixed landline connection along with broadband on 7th of July and after almost daily follow up from my end today the team told me we can't provide connection at your place. Pls stop giving fake commitment
