i'm back on X + what happened

i got locked out of my X account exactly one week ago

my crime?

i wrote a viral post about the Arc blockchain that apparently pissed a lot of people off

X locked me out and told me i had to add a 'Paid Partnership' label to the post or remain deplatformed

so let's clear up exactly what happened

i mentioned 3 brands in the post:

- Arc: i have had ZERO interactions with them to this date
- Long: my first interaction with them happened AFTER my post went live, when they reached out to me themselves on X. i'm pretty sure the X team can verify this (i'm attaching a screenshot)
- fomo: i've never hidden that i use a fomo referral link. i literally have a $350K giveaway ongoing for active fomo refs

there was NO payment or partnership from Arc or Long

and i clearly disclosed the fomo affiliate relationship

so i initially decided to stay off X out of principle

because:

- if i bend the knee here, what's stopping this from happening again with future posts?
- i don't want to lie. calling something a 'Paid Partnership' when i wasn't paid for it would be exactly that

but after doing some further digging, i found out X apparently wants users to put the 'Paid Partnership' label on posts containing referral links

i think that's an inaccurate label and i hope X changes that policy

but if that's the current rule, i'll simply abide by it

so if you see the 'Paid Partnership' label on some of my posts going forward, that's likely why

now let's talk about something i've said for years

i have NEVER taken a paid shill in my life

i know that sounds unbelievable to some of you

so i'll once again publicly challenge anyone with proof to the contrary to bring it out in the open

because i don't think most people realize how many offers i get or how much money i could make if i actually wanted to sell my voice

here's just ONE recent example

about a month ago, Pumpfun reached out to me with a very generous offer to come trade on their app

i could have taken the deal while continuing to trade on fomo and other apps

when i declined, they even offered for me to become an 'advisor to the product, share your feedback, ideate on strategy etc' (their exact words)

for context:

Pumpfun is arguably the biggest memecoin/onchain brand in crypto right now

it's a multi-billion-dollar, extremely well-funded company

and i still said NO

to be clear, i don't think Pumpfun did anything wrong by making the offer

i simply didn't want to take it

why?

1. i don't agree with how Pumpfun operates from an ethical/moral standpoint
2. i have reason to believe they have unleashed their FUD army at me since the BonkFun days, so why would i work with a company i believe is actively trying to damage my reputation?
3. i don't need the money and, more importantly, my voice is not for sale

i mean, i'm not exactly broke

months ago i started my degen fomo portfolio with almost nothing and publicly turned it into $20 MILLION+, live in 4k, in front of everyone

and the bull run hasn't even properly started yet

even if Pumpfun offered me $5 MILLION, it wouldn't meaningfully change my life

so why would i partner with a brand whose values i don't agree with?

i challenge Pumpfun to publicly deny this if anything i've said is untrue

i'm not just telling you that i get offers

i'm publicly naming one of the biggest companies in crypto that made me an offer i turned down

if i'm lying, they shouldn't have much trouble disproving me

unless i'm not

and that's just ONE example

there are many more

TLDR:

my voice is NOT FOR SALE

and certainly not to the highest bidder

that doesn't mean i'll never get paid to talk about a platform or product i genuinely like

last cycle, i did plenty of that and helped some brands make millions upon millions

then i got absolutely nothing when the market nuked on 10/10

so i'm wiser this cycle

i'll absolutely monetize my brand when the opportunity makes sense

but only when:

1. i genuinely believe the product benefits my followers
2. it's a brand i would actually use and talk about anyway
3. i'm comfortable putting my name behind it
and the relationship is properly disclosed

so why am i back on X?

1. i'm not letting anyone deplatform me

i know there are people who hate me and have actively tried to get me off this platform

but i'm not going to let them win

especially heading into what could be the biggest crypto bull run we've ever seen

2. i'm going to follow X's rules

if X requires the 'Paid Partnership' label for referral links, i'll use it

even if i think the terminology is inaccurate

if you see that label on more of my posts going forward, now you know why

3. i'm itching for action again

it's been a week

i've got bags to talk about

trades to make

charts to post

and some serious bullposting to do

i've been sitting on the sidelines long enough

i'm back

After those alt longs, I am still tinkering with shorts on $btc. I have not been sharing it and am on the verge of doing it privately/keep it to myself for this one.

The method I am using is probably one of the more user friendly strategies though and probably educationally valuable. Also not done on X before, so it's experimental.

So because I care about educating my craft, I'm letting it depend on you and am asking: do you want me to share how I think about executing on my idea of the move to 75k?
