@TheFoxEssence You are right, it's just a cash grab, but they know people will buy it because it's Halo and people are really desperate for anything Halo.
@SaffronOlive The main reason for this is limited. You need to play interaction or pump spells, but if you are playing a certain archetype that wants artifacts or enchantments, you wouldn't have enough cards to trigger your synergies. So they turn the instants and sorceries into permanents.
@MercurioBlue What about asking them to meet up for lunch or something? Are you usually better at discussing difficult topics in person or online? Maybe just explain a bit about your situation then see how they respond. If you have established relationships they will probably offer to help.
@tronisbad It's a really important thing for MTG players who can sometimes get stuck in the grind mindset, mental health isn't something that is discussed enough. People need to understand that they are more than just their win loss record. You are helping more people than you know π
@Chord_O_Calls I think a lot of people disregard the card because they see the life gain on it, but the life is really just a bonus on the card. It just adds so much energy and flying power the the board.
@Precellence Warzone was great because it allowed different types of players to shine. You would have PVE focused players, PVP focused players, and some that did both.
