out of all of the inevitable ups and downs that life serves us, it is the bumps in the road that we face along the way that mold us into who we are.

you don't have to wait until the new year to set big, ambitious goals. in fact, you can set all sorts of goals daily, weekly, monthly
treat your mind how you treat your body. just like your muscles get sore, signaling to your body that you may need time to rest and recover, your mind does the same thing.
this can show up as an inability to concentrate, feeling anxious, overwhelmed, irritable, and hostile.

we all have an inner dialogue. you know the one. that little voice inside our head that runs in the background, giving us feedback as we move about our day.
what is that voice telling you? is it positive and motivational, or negative and self-deprecating? if it's the latter, ho
boundaries are the limitations we want or need to feel safe and avoid feelings of being violated, which can result in anger, resentment, and disappointment.
