Go to 8004scan site, search the name of your agent or description which you have when you verified your agent.

If you're still not able to find it, just get the private key as i said above, go to metamask and import the account using that key.

Now go to 8004scan site, click on login, login using your imported wallet and see your profile. Inside "your agents" section, you'll find out your agent.

Only if you got your private key using the command i gave above. Keep that safe, then you can uninstall it if you want.
