@easyJet Incidentally, Neil Buchanan wasn't actually hired by @easyJet he's just been held captive by @easyjet delays at the north terminal. Fatima said the weather in Europe is too stormy for him to go home.
@easyJet Just to clarify everyone. EasyJet social media team isn't ignoring people because they're short staffed. They're just experiencing bad weather in Europe (like Fatima said) so they've cancelled all responses.
@easyJet Hi. Can you please DM. 27 hours delay. 2 flights cancelled. Over 4 hours on the phone with EasyJet. Overhead EasyJet staff threatening customers and Fatima at Gatwick advising staff to "say it was the weather or they'll be able to claim compensation" when you were short staffed.
@easyJet@Ryanair you should be able to clean up.... EasyJet has hit new lows. Their new CEO has overseen a catastrophic new course. I feel for your staff who have to operate in such an amateur set-up.
