@kharma_7 Eat Whole Foods onl (steak, chicken, fish, eggs, veggies, berries, potatoes etc), don’t drink alcohol, lift heavy 3-4 / week. Walk 10k steps/ day, sleep 8 -9 hours, magnesium gkycinate supplement. Repeat consistently.
