Things we're learning: when toddler #1 crawls under the mini trampoline while toddler #2 is vigorously bouncing on it, toddler #1's face no longer feels good. 🤦🏽‍♀️

Exacerbated by heavy caseloads, high worker turnover, judge's philosophy (permanence vs reunific.), cross-jurisdiction cooperation.

@BlairMillerTV The system is convoluted and there is so much trauma for all families involved. It's not uncommon for siblings to have different case plans, be separated from each other, or for parental rights to be terminated at different times. 😔 Sending your family so much love, Blair.
