I've recently discovered some fascinating tools and I'm planning to test them out. Companies like @11xAIbuild offer AI-driven SDR agents that build lists, personalize outreach, conduct outreach, and book meetings for AEs. @RelevanceAI_ is also impressive with their 'AI Workforce' that not only handles SDR tasks but also enhances customer support and experience.

These AI agents should learn from each other and continuously improve. Initially, they supplement human SDRs, but over time they could fully automate SDR activities. This would allow to scale efficiently without increasing headcount.

Has anyone here already used these tools? I'd love to hear your thoughts and experiences!

@jasonlk Absolutely agree! Outsourcing sales efforts prematurely is a critical error. Mastering and swiftly adapting to market and buyer behaviors is essential for success.
