@javontegazaway @WortylkoLori I would find it difficult to have a good interview that was only in front of a camera. It’s just awkward and I much prefer in person. AI interviews definitely kept the guy from the video from getting hired, he got denied 30 times, pretty crazy. #UCBAMGMT1054 @WortylkoLori

AI interviews are terrible. There is no clear established pattern for the types of facial expressions needed for certain jobs. So what's the point? I do not see businesses moving forward with this in the future as it misses out on too many good hires . #UCBAMGMt1054 @WortylkoLori
