After 3 years of ChatGPT, OpenAI's COO just admitted that AI hasn't penetrated enterprise business processes yet.
His solution? Outsource verticalization to McKinsey, BCG, Accenture etc...
The company that was supposed to "kill consultants" is hiring them.

They're the ones accumulating irreplaceable vertical usage data.
The market is mispriced: too much value in the labs, not enough in the application layer.
