Would you trust Didier Deschamps to coach France if he only watched one match once in a while?
That’s how in-person sales coaching works today.
For 10 months, my cofounders and I have been building Coach to give reps 100% coaching uptime.
In-Person sales will be that last job to survive the AI-led society, we will be powering it.
Today, YC is backing us for S26.

First week at YC. Learnt two concepts that I'll carry along for a while:
- Going all-in on hardest bottlenecks, one by one
- Deliver the outcome
Might seem small, actually vision-changing.
@pedroh96 embodied a lot of those learnings.

After 3 years of ChatGPT, OpenAI's COO just admitted that AI hasn't penetrated enterprise business processes yet.
His solution? Outsource verticalization to McKinsey, BCG, Accenture etc...
The company that was supposed to "kill consultants" is hiring them.
The mid-term winners aren't the companies with the best foundation model.
They're the ones accumulating irreplaceable vertical usage data.
The market is mispriced: too much value in the labs, not enough in the application layer.
It'll correct. The question is when.
