Wild prediction: Added UFC January card Volk v McGregor for LW title.

After the last 24-hours in the UFC here’s my wild thoughts. If Volk wins next week, he’ll become the second ever FW and LW champ.

I wonder if we as the church realise what’s at stake here when we try to find comfort in the the human-built world? Jesus would literally run for it, not to neglect the world, but to then return to bring the true Kingdom and fulfil the command in Genesis ✌🏼

🧵 Perhaps one of the most uncomfortable parts of Jesus’ ministry was how often he would spend time in the wilderness alone to find his rest. This has been acknowledged quite a lot in the past, but this fact has been endlessly fascinating. Here are some thoughts…

So it’s telling that to find order, peace and comfort, Jesus would rather the wilderness, surrounded by dangerous animals (Mark 1:13) than the “orderly” world of man. It was from there that He could better hear heaven and then bring the true order of God into the world
