How does this relate to Web3, tho?

The many stickers represent ideas, moments or goals that I want to achieve with our @ZardsNFT & @PixelSaurus projects.

The album IS the project. It may take years to complete, but never giving up and enjoying the process is the key. ❤️🧙‍♂️🪄✨

In 1992 (at 12 years old) I bought THIS @NintendoUK Sticker album. I never completed it, and it bugged me for years. It was the BEST sticker album!

34 Years later, my son and I hunted for (and bought) an unopened box of the stickers.

Today we completed it! ✊🧙‍♂️🪄✨

After 4+ years in Web3, the biggest lesson you can learn as a founder is not let others' success distract you.

Projects will pop up overnight, mint out & disappear, but dedication, focus, transparency and trust are key traits that will guarantee your ultimate success. ✊

My Web3 Story — and How I’m Approaching 2026

I didn’t enter Web3 with a master plan.

I joined during Blast, knowing almost nothing about NFTs and barely more about crypto beyond spot trading on Binance and KuCoin.
No DeFi brain.
No alpha circles.
No Discord clout.
Just curiosity and time.
Early on, I met @sebjbrook from @PixelSaurus on Ethereum.
He was launching a collection on District 1 on Blast.
I wasn’t anyone — no track record, no audience — but I decided to help anyway.
We clicked.
It turned into a real ride.
Then the Blast airdrop happened… and the ecosystem cracked.
The BLAST team went rogue.
The energy shifted.
People disappeared.
I stepped away IRL for a bit.

When I came back, it was on ApeChain, right when @sebjbrook was launching @ZardsNFT.
What mattered to me was that it wasn’t just another collection. @sebjbrook is launching real projects with utility, fighting for them, iterating through the hard parts, and staying — even when things weren’t easy, even when hype wasn’t there.

I invested time again — not just money.
I created content during ApeChain Spotlight Season 1.
I swept collections not to flip, but to understand.
I learned who was who in the @Apecoin / @ApeChainHUB / @BoredApeYC ecosystem.
I learned how to read the blockchain — not just react to it.
Most importantly, I learned by being around people who stayed.

With @CarquetE as my main grinding companion, we tested things, farmed games (poke @unclemac), watched drama unfold (more than once), and still saw builders keep shipping — through all the noise.
That consistency matters.
Today, I’m helping @cryptoangelodev — @sebjbrook’s incredibly talented dev from @PixelSaurus and @ZardsNFT — on a new project launching on Monad.
It’s cross-chain.
It brings ApeChain Shadow tech to Monad — the first project to do so.

Not because it’s flashy.
But because it connects ecosystems and communities.

A note on where the ecosystem is

NFT prices from OG collections have dropped — BAYC, Pudgy Penguins, Azuki, and many others.
That’s the easy headline.
What usually follows is criticism.
Pressure.
“Do more.”
“Deliver faster.”
“Where’s the value?”
At the same time, real things are happening:
partnerships with Web2 brands, new products shipping, real experiences being built.

There’s a disconnect there.
Markets go through cycles, but communities don’t have to cannibalize themselves every time prices go down.

If anything, this feels like the moment to slow the loop:
less noise,
less entitlement,
more space for new people to come in without being drowned in negativity.

If we manage that, maybe new ATHs come someday.
But more importantly, we might still have something worth being part of when they do.

Where I’m at now

2026, for me, is not about chasing every new narrative.
It’s about content creation with intent.

I’m cleaning my X account.
Reducing noise.
Regrouping my social presence.
Redefining my own rules instead of playing by the algorithm’s.
I don’t want to be a reply guy.
I don’t want to echo whatever’s trending.
I don’t want to follow the mass just to stay visible.

I want to produce fewer things — but better ones.
Content that reflects lived experience.
Content that respects builders’ time.
Content that doesn’t insult intelligence.

All of this while still enjoying IRL life and working in Web2 — because balance keeps perspective sharp.

Closing thought

I’ve seen hype cycles implode.
I’ve seen ecosystems fracture.
I’ve seen people vanish after claiming tokens.
And I’ve also seen the opposite:
people quietly building, learning, shipping — year after year.
That’s the lane I’m choosing.
Not louder.
Not faster.
Just more honest, more grounded, and more valuable.
2026 isn’t about being everywhere.
It’s about being worth reading when I speak.
