my contribution:
fake world assets is an nft selling app, but doesn't work well as an nft selling app for more expensive items.
if all i own is one punk and some dust, I can't sell it on FWA, because I'd have to pair it with an amount of ETH that's at least roughly comparable to the punk's own value. it's capital-inefficient to sell items like that, also i'm losing value vs staked eth because my eth is unstaked. tralalero.
even if i did have enough to pair with the punk, i'd probably have to wait a long time (if i'm not unlucky) because it probably takes many pulls to eventually pull an item with a high backing amount.
and then, even if/when it eventually gets pulled, there is some chance that the winner ends up taking the eth and returns my nft. so i have to check FWA everyday like it's twitter which is bad UX, but also i have to do so while considering the floor price of the nft itself, which may change over such a long time. (if i edit the backing or withdraw the nft, i often have to sit there refreshing the page for 15 minutes or so. not nice)
you also have to think, even if someone is ok doing aaaallll of that, what kind of person does that even appeal to? if i am a rich guy with expensive nfts and unstaked eth, do i trust Fake World Assets protocol with my money? do i trust Mr Rhynotic on Twitter to not gay sex me in the ass? even if i put my hands on the wall and say "I trust you Adam", is it fun for me to have to check everyday and be afraid that I made a big loss instead of a small win, while checking the floor price and becoming impatient that my NFT is not selling?
i just think, what a massive fucking pervert i would have to be to really do that if there are no FWA token for me to farm and dump.
similar concerns have probably alr been raised atp tho. would be interested in hearing any ideas @Rhynotic@token_works

Ez win for the French tonight. Expecting something like 2-0 like last time they met in WC2022. Anything below 65¢ worth a punt. Make the trade on @signaldotpm and compete for $10k prize https://t.co/MRKscwDeHw
Fellow gamblors.
I'm participating in @signaldotpm WC knockout stages competition with a $10,000 prize pool. Over the next few days I'll be posting all my picks here if you want to tail and make monies uwu.
I'm starting with a $500 bankroll, so keep in mind that riskier plays will usually have smaller stakes than the safer ones.
Monday's picks (3 games)
Brazil to beat Japan — $100 @ 56¢
First up is Brazil vs. Japan. This is usually a matchup I'd stay away from. Japan has been underestimated for years, they shocked everyone by beating Germany and Spain in the last World Cup. This time, though, I think the market has swung too far in the other direction and is overrating them. Brazil at 56¢ is simply too good of a price to pass up.
Germany to beat Paraguay — $300 @ 73¢
Not the biggest payout, but easily my strongest play of the day. Paraguay struggled throughout the group stage against the USA, Turkey, and Australia, and now they face one of my favorites to win the entire tournament. Going big on this one.
Netherlands to draw Morocco — $80 @ 32¢
Probably the closest matchup of the day. Just a small bet feel something.
