@joshniland @Alexisyeahh @UtdMaI I do think he can play a 6, although he’s not the “destroyer” type that I would want. But, regardless of that he’s not experienced to be in the starting 11 wherever he plays. And I’ve not seen any interviews.

I'm sure a simple call to Tchouameni's camp would have given us an answer, so why linger around? It's August; where's the starting 6?

@MainooTripz2 Somehow they managed to convince the fans that this summer they were able to do multiple deals at once. The midfield plans have gone down the gutter and that took away the resources and capacity to work on other positions.

What could they have done, you ask? Maybe have acted earlier? Maybe have a contingency plan for option 2, 3, and so forth.

@UnitedRedem You can only fix one department at a time, don’t you know? They “sorted” the attack last season, its midfield right now and will likely be defence next season. By which time, we’ll need to revisit the attack again 😂

@UtdMaI Added more quality? Casameiro has gone and Ugarte has a long term injury. We’ve signed Tielemans (a lot of injuries last season) and Santos (inexperienced). But even if you keep it simple, that’s two in and two out, and we were aactually short in numbers last year.
