Rachael was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive blood cancer, called Myelofibrosis, just months after giving birth to her first daughter.

She urgently needs a stem cell donor, and is campaigning with @DKMS_uk to add to the register.

Earlier this morning Janey passed away in her sleep. Her family were with her.
