With @IHGRewards rolling out their new rewards/tier system, I’ll be impressed if I can actually book reward nights. Over 200k points that I can never redeem because there are never any reward rooms “available”. So much for my loyalty. @HiltonHotels have been my choice lately.

As a preferred member, I love waiting for @Avis roadside assistance for 1.5 hours only to find out they never dispatched. Tried changing it myself but lug nuts are on too tight. @avis about to lose a long time customer!
