#infosec Pheon, (a dual-barbed arrow. Bundle of barbs) pen name often {Kai}+{Viola} somewhere @kaiberie to talk books, psych here for Cybersec BSc-PHD. she/her
This is the alt account for @Kaiberie and will be a mix of infosec, learning, NLP, forensic linguistics, psychology, social engineering deconstruction and anything else that fits. Occasional announcements about the fiction that lets me afford to do stuff ;)
Yup. It's that time of year again.
Not going to promise I'll be back properly, but it doesn't look as impossible as this year.
Except, if you are looking for me, look for @Kaiberie on other platforms. It's normally me, and you can usually tell which were protective reg vs used :)
The hacker run will be heading out for its annual 5k (ish) on Friday evening at about 7. Meet us in the Roebuck if you want to come along.
All welcome, no one left behind.
Saturday night challenge for you all, Hacker AI Karaoke.

Annual log back into X because I'm @Steel_Con with the other half from tonight (he's doing a workshop, I'm going to take headphones and either go sit in a cafe if I'm feeling confident, beg to hide in the corner somewhere if not, or stay in the hotel room if really anxious).
My small pen era - Balancing out the unused stationary, my well loved pens.
I've been joking I'm in my 'small pen' era. This is why.... by @Kaiberie https://t.co/EPpKQCpIYa
I'd keep apologising but that bit of my personality is pretty much less evident now. If you want to know a lot more, there's https://t.co/4zEaf0wcbq
If you want to talk to the other half, and found me, please PM so I can let him know and pass details properly :D
Without tagging where I was, cause this is more personal - two things. One, if you're upset I didn't say "I'm doing BsidesLondon", in all fairness, I only actually decided a few weeks ago, and my primary reason was to support the other half's conference debut.
Equally, I could talk for days about how much pain I tolerate, just to do the things I used to struggle a bit with for different reasons. I am sincerely sorry if I was at the event and didn't see you, and didn't KNOW to say hi. It's easily remidied, I'll catch you at the next one
I did however get to see a few friends from @Steelcon that I normally see, like @malwareowl and @TimmehWimmy who ran the Lockpicking village and were fully attended every time we looped past. Met some extra friends and colleagues of my other half (attended his talk), fun was had
I clear forgot to say on here that I was at @BSidesLondon this weekend (sorry, I can see a few people that know me mostly on here were there and we could have met IRL, my bad), but it was a great event, I had a wonderful time and I'm very biased about my favorite talk. :D
@BSidesLondon Joined the queue at the longest point I think, was still through in less than 1 mins. The autistic bit of me didn't like the noise, but I've got Loops for that. 10/10 job! (plus, was great to see my partner give a talk!)
