Very disappointed with the lack of response from @airarabiagroup. My 2 way Flights were cancelled ( LGW to Sharjah) and refund form submitted, Regund was nt credited to my card yet. Booking Ref: 6GP332 . Please resolve this immediately.

This time, she was fact-checked by the one of panelist she was speaking to.
