The coronavirus stimulus package carved out $135,000,000,000 in tax breaks for millionaires.
That's *three times* as much money as was included for emergency housing and food relief.
When I say we have socialism for the rich, harsh capitalism for the rest, this is what I mean.
I know, I know. I'm supposed to be grateful I have a job. But we're not "warriors" when we work twelve hour days and work on weekends, too. We're exploited because management can't do their damn job and manage capacity and staffing.
I had to resurrect this Twitter account because I just cannot rage like I want to on the farm account. I forgot, though, how many authors and other cool folks I follow on here!
"In 2018, the Trump administration fired the government’s entire pandemic response chain of command, including the White House management infrastructure."

@SenBobCasey At least one of our Senators cares about the truth. Thank you @SenBobCasey for your tireless efforts on behalf of the people of Pennsylvania.
If you're getting a #homeloan, refuse to acknowledge your CD unless the loan is clear to close and out of underwriting. Yeah, your closing may be delayed a few days, but at least you won't get screwed over at closing with unpleasant surprises. #mortgage#newhome#homeloan
Sick of #mortgageindustry practice of sending closing disclosure before #loan clear to close. Not only do you get errors when crap changes after CD, but totally subverts intent of @CFPB to protect #borrowers & give them REAL $ to review for their 3 day waiting period. #mortgages
Just watched the #got series finale. I loved it. This season, though, should have been so much longer to make it all work, though. You had to guess/infer a LOT of character development. Still, loved how it ended up. #teamtyrion4ever@GameOfThrones@hbo#GameOfThrones
4. Compliance specialist (worked hard to be an expert, people ignored what I said, blamed me for not stopping them when they did it wrong)
5. Mortgage closer (overworked, underpaid, so repetitive and did I mention it's repetitive)
5 jobs I've had (and hated)
1. Bookstore clerk (the public is mean, messy, and not always very smart)
2. Secretary (so. boring.)
3. Mortgage processor (all the responsibility, no respect, crap pay, have to deal with loan officers)
Hey dumbasses... maybe don't schedule your closing for 5 minutes before you have to get on a plane. Second time this month this has happened. #stupidpeople#mortgage#ihatemyjob
If you are stupid enough to move out of your house and live with your six kids in a campground before you actually have approval on a new loan it's your own damn fault and not your lender's for not magically making your docs appear. #ihatemyjob
@Hi_Cial Yep. I don't know if that's what happened (I was young and our family wasn't close), but from what I know of him that sounds just about right. He certainly wouldn't have considered a "woman's disease".
