@ChrisCuomo The founders thought the states would be, and control, the partisanship. The flawed formulation of the three-branch government with the bill of rights and desegregation turned everything inside out secular - integrating the duoploy partisanship throughout all districts.

At best, an independent political party is a temporary solution because the legislatures are both publicly elected and generally commissioned. They will always cycle into a dual contest for partisan control of all three branches. U had the correct solution last week.
