@Clear it isn't a random check when Everytime you fly you have to show your id. If I have to show my ID why am I paying for the convenience not to?

@SouthwestAir happy New year unless you fly southwest - why do you keep screwing things up? Companions are supposed to sequential but I am A24 and my companion got C1 WTF?

@SouthwestAir I thought companions were supposed to get the same boarding as passenger but I got A and my companion got B37 no where close

@SouthwestAir Furthermore I checked in my companion exactly 24 hrs ahead of time when they got the B37 they should be in the A group if I am business priority.

@SouthwestAir I have witnessed fights over saved seats so whether you have a policy or not is moot. Flight attendants will and have said you can't. Regardless none of this addresses my concern of why my companion didn't get an A boarding in the first place. We get screwed for paying more.

@SouthwestAir But we can't save seats so the open seating is pointless. You should give the companion an A list if primary is business select. We are the ones paying more for our flight but getting least privileges ... And your answer is open seating? Do better

@SouthwestAir I was business select and didn't expect to get sequential but did expect her to get A. If I get A15 they get A16 but when I get A2 they get B37. So I penalized for paying more?
