EXCLUSIVE with @FDRLST and @ShawnFleetwood : CASA has filed an IRS complaint urging an IMMEDIATE investigation into the Southern Poverty Law Center’s tax-exempt status following the DOJ INDICTMENT.
CASA has been the leading watchdog calling for IRS action against SPLC. This follows our complaint against SPLC last October regarding their PARTISAN political activity and questionable lobbying tactics.
SPLC has been indicted on 11 federal counts, including wire fraud, false statements to a bank, and conspiracy to commit money laundering. The indictment alleges that from 2014–2023, more than $3 MILLION in donor funds were funneled to individuals tied to extremist groups, including the KKK and United Klans of America.
SPLC may have been paying to CREATE the very racism it claims to want to stop. OUTRAGEOUS!
Tax-exempt status is reserved for organizations that serve the public interest, not those accused of deceptive, partisan, or potentially illegal conduct.
The American people deserve transparency and accountability. The @lRSGOV must investigate.
Radical left wing organizations attempting to disguise themselves with pro-law enforcement names rushing to defend the SPLC tells you A LOT about who has a stake in protecting it.
CASA has been demanding scrutiny of the SPLC for months. The questions surrounding its conduct and their 501(c)(3) status shouldn't be forgotten 👇

CASA has filed multiple IRS complaints against the SPLC over its partisan political activity, questionable lobbying practices, and allegations that donor money was used in ways completely INCONSISTENT with its public mission.
Now, with mounting investigations and federal allegations surrounding the organization, the need for a full review of the SPLC’s tax-exempt status has never been more obvious.
Its 501(c)(3) status deserves an IMMEDIATE investigation.

@Tyler2ONeil Great work @Tyler2ONeil - @SecureUSA has filed multiple IRS complaints against the SPLC due to this illegal activity and more. Their 501c3 status needs to be immediately investigated!

Interesting.
Earlier this year, CASA called for an IRS investigation into Code Pink’s tax-exempt status, citing its repeated disruptions of federal proceedings and concerns about ties to networks linked to the CHINESE COMMUNIST PARTY.
Now the group is back on Capitol Hill protesting Secretary Rubio while facing renewed scrutiny over alleged Chinese influence connections.
REVOKE Code Pink’s 501c3 status!
More on the requested IRS investigation👇

HAPPENING NOW IN DC: CODEPINK protesters — flagged in a recent State Department report over alleged Chinese influence ties — gathered on Capitol Hill with signs reading “Stop Arming Israel,” “Let Cuba Live,” and “No War with Iran” as Secretary of State Marco Rubio testifies before Congress.

CASA is calling for an investigation into “Doctor” Abdul El-Sayed over concerns he may be misrepresenting himself as a licensed physician to the public
According to the complaint, records indicate El-Sayed has NEVER held a medical license in Michigan or New York despite frequently being referred to as “Doctor Abdul.”
Michigan law is clear: individuals CANNOT use titles in a way that could falsely lead the public into believing they are licensed to practice medicine.

U.S. Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed’s campaign is coming under fire for potentially misrepresenting himself with the title “doctor” during campaign appearances.
The Center to Advance Security in America (CASA) filed a complaint with the Michigan Bureau of Professional Licensing, arguing that a review of Michigan and New York state medical records show the Democratic candidate has never been granted a medical license in either state.@katie_heid

🚨UPDATE: After @DailyCaller’s report on the CASA-obtained documents showing Josh Smalley reassuring military medical staff they would be protected from liability related to sex-change procedures on MINORS, Smalley’s profile has been REMOVED from the Uniformed Services University website.
CASA has uncovered disturbing records showing Air Force Doctor Josh Smalley may have been advising military doctors on how to provide taxpayer-funded “gender-affirming care” to MINORS during the Biden administration.
CASA is now calling for Smalley’s IMMEDIATE FIRING from his current taxpayer funded teaching position after additional records exposed discussions about shielding military personnel from liability tied to these procedures.
Smalley formerly ran the Air Force’s Transgender Medical Health Unit (THEMU) and helped push radical gender ideology throughout the military medical system.
Thank you to the @DailyCaller for the great coverage 👇

Judicial accountability matters just as much as executive accountability.
That’s exactly why CASA spent months exposing serious concerns surrounding Judge James Boasberg and his role in the politically charged investigations tied to Arctic Frost - including secret subpoenas targeting Republicans and growing questions surrounding his politically charged judicial conduct.
Justice CANNOT survive under a two-tier system.
ONE standard for everyone - not one for political allies and then another for political opponents.

The SPLC claims to “fight racism” while allegedly funneling money to actual racist and extremist groups, including neo-Nazis and the KKK.
CASA Director @jfitzpatrick discusses SPLC on the @RobManess Show 👇
If the SPLC was ACTUALLY connected to confidential human sources tied to the January 6th investigations while ALSO funneling money to extremist groups, the "grassroots insurrection" just ran out of grassroots.
Every connection needs to be exposed. Every person involved needs to be investigated. Every abuse of power needs to come to light.
🚨"MANUFACTURED CRISIS:" @Jim_Jordan breaks down his committee's findings on the SPLC's alleged misconduct-- as the organization faces 11 counts of defrauding donors.
The SPLC is accused of funneling millions of dollars to extremist groups to "inflate" hate.
CASA has filed an ETHICS COMPLAINT against Congressman @sethmoulton after he compared @SecWar Pete Hegseth to Nazi war criminals on CNN and referenced German U-boat captains who were EXECUTED.
At a time of escalating political violence, rhetoric like this is completely RECKLESS. Public officials should not be suggesting that cabinet members deserve the fate of executed war criminals.
This kind of extremism has no place in public office.
Texas AG @KenPaxtonTX has launched an investigation into the SPLC over allegations the organization may have deceived donors by secretly funneling MILLIONS of dollars to individuals tied to extremist groups, including the KKK.
The investigation comes as scrutiny surrounding SPLC continues to intensify nationwide.
CASA has spent MONTHS pushing for aggressive oversight surrounding the organization’s conduct.
FINALLY.
CASA has filed complaint after complaint over Boasberg’s role in Arctic Frost, his approval of secret subpoenas targeting current and former Trump campaign and Administration officials and serious concerns surrounding his conduct on the bench.
Boasberg must be REMOVED!
🚨 BREAKING: The Senate is considering IMPEACHMENT of Rogue Judge James Boasberg this week.
Boasberg has REFUSED to testify.
The Judiciary Committee will hold a "hearing" on "holding rogue judges accountable."
This traitor must be kicked out of office ASAP!
Questions are being raised regarding U.S. Senate candidate Mallory McMorrow’s participation in California elections after she permanently relocated to Michigan.
According to her own biography, the current Democratic Michigan state senator relocated to Michigan in 2014. The Center to Advance Security in America (CASA) sent a letter to the District Attorney’s Office in the Central District of California asking it to look into the potential discrepancies in McMorrow’s timeline, including her possible voting in California in the November 2014 general election and the June 2016 Democratic primary.@katie_heid

CASA is appealing after New York’s Attorney Grievance Committee declined to investigate Gov. Mikie Sherrill over accusations that she FALSELY CLAIMED her political opponent “killed tens of thousands of people” and promoted efforts to interfere with ICE operations.
The SAME SYSTEM aggressively pursued Mayor Rudy Giuliani over alleged false statements, but now claims it cannot investigate Sherrill without a prior conviction or court ruling.
That’s a double standard, and CASA is demanding further review.
