CASA has been the leading watchdog calling for IRS action against SPLC. This follows our complaint against SPLC last October regarding their PARTISAN political activity and questionable lobbying tactics.

SPLC has been indicted on 11 federal counts, including wire fraud, false statements to a bank, and conspiracy to commit money laundering. The indictment alleges that from 2014–2023, more than $3 MILLION in donor funds were funneled to individuals tied to extremist groups, including the KKK and United Klans of America.

SPLC may have been paying to CREATE the very racism it claims to want to stop. OUTRAGEOUS!

Tax-exempt status is reserved for organizations that serve the public interest, not those accused of deceptive, partisan, or potentially illegal conduct.

CASA has filed multiple IRS complaints against the SPLC over its partisan political activity, questionable lobbying practices, and allegations that donor money was used in ways completely INCONSISTENT with its public mission.

Now, with mounting investigations and federal allegations surrounding the organization, the need for a full review of the SPLC’s tax-exempt status has never been more obvious.

Earlier this year, CASA called for an IRS investigation into Code Pink’s tax-exempt status, citing its repeated disruptions of federal proceedings and concerns about ties to networks linked to the CHINESE COMMUNIST PARTY.

Now the group is back on Capitol Hill protesting Secretary Rubio while facing renewed scrutiny over alleged Chinese influence connections.

CASA is calling for an investigation into “Doctor” Abdul El-Sayed over concerns he may be misrepresenting himself as a licensed physician to the public

According to the complaint, records indicate El-Sayed has NEVER held a medical license in Michigan or New York despite frequently being referred to as “Doctor Abdul.”

Michigan law is clear: individuals CANNOT use titles in a way that could falsely lead the public into believing they are licensed to practice medicine.

CASA is appealing after New York’s Attorney Grievance Committee declined to investigate Gov. Mikie Sherrill over accusations that she FALSELY CLAIMED her political opponent “killed tens of thousands of people” and promoted efforts to interfere with ICE operations.

The SAME SYSTEM aggressively pursued Mayor Rudy Giuliani over alleged false statements, but now claims it cannot investigate Sherrill without a prior conviction or court ruling.

That’s a double standard, and CASA is demanding further review.
