I know firsthand how challenging it is to break into cybersecurity without a clear roadmap, guidance, or even a chance to get your foot in the door.

I’ve met so many talented students keen to learn, yet struggling to find internship opportunities or entry points into the industry.

For over five years, we’ve been training students, doing our part to support cybersecurity enthusiasts.

Today, I’m both excited and a bit nervous to share that my team at @security_lit is taking this mission a step further, turning my long-time dream into reality.

We noticed that our initial program name, ‘Industrial Security Training,’ was causing some confusion, with people associating it with OT (Operational Technology) security.

However, our program is designed to cater to beginners and aspiring security professionals looking to enter the field of cybersecurity, specifically in pentesting and IT security.

To provide more clarity and better align with our goals, we’re renaming the program to ‘Cybersecurity Pentesting Training Program.’

This reflects our focus on providing foundational skills in penetration testing, hands-on projects, and mentorship for individuals aiming to become professional pentesters.

We appreciate all the feedback and want to extend a massive thank you to everyone who has shown interest and signed up🙏🏽🚀
