What’s one repetitive task you’d like to automate?
@drew_ponder Great point, Drew. A weekly report is a good way to get comfortable with automation while keeping a human in the loop. And a daily list of unanswered messages could help businesses catch leads they might otherwise miss. Thanks for sharing.
Choosing your first business automation?
Pick a task that:
• repeats weekly
• has clear inputs and outputs
• is easy to check
• has a manual fallback
Measure time saved AND errors.
Example: draft a weekly report, then review it.
What would you automate first?
@Knomdivad How do you keep the checking bot from repeating the builder’s assumptions? A fixed acceptance checklist and tests against the original brief seem useful alongside a second review. Curious what you still reserve for human approval at Cloudravel.
@hiisver Turning community support into paid opportunities is a practical goal. Shared briefs, clear credit and introductions to clients can make a difference for newer artists. In your studio, what helped someone land their first real project?
@PraxeoSys How are you measuring iteration speed: design time, supplier turnaround, or time until a prototype passes its tests? Tracking those separately could show where the agents actually help. A faster design loop can still leave the team waiting on parts.
@empacer_ai The reads/changes distinction is useful. For an inbox pilot, I’d start with suggested labels and draft replies, then count how many the owner corrects over a week. Time saved only tells half the story if review takes longer. What first task do owners ask you for most?
@SuperflyCollSC Which task is failing most often? A useful diagnostic is to run 10 real examples through one workflow and log where each stops: missing data, permissions, or unclear instructions. That gives you a concrete fix to test before spending more on usage.
@paublds Worth keeping an integration register too: tool, owner, permissions and last review date. Before revoking access, check which live workflows depend on it so the cleanup doesn’t quietly stop lead capture or reporting. Who owns that review in a small team?
@LamSpyrou The handover is key. I’d add a one-page runbook: who owns the workflow, where failures appear, and how to run it manually. Otherwise a small team can swap repetitive work for debugging. Which saved you more time: reporting or inquiry triage?

Before you pay for another piece of business software, ask this:
**What problem is it actually solving?**
More tools don’t always create more growth. Sometimes, they just create more costs, more complexity and more distractions.
Your business might not have a growth problem. It might have a systems problem.
When customer information gets lost, tasks fall through the cracks and potential customers are missed, growth becomes much harder.
The right systems can change that.
