@LegerHolidays my father is currently stuck at Dover awaiting a ferry that should’ve left at early afternoon. No food since 11am and no water since 4pm and now feeling incredibly Ill! How can you not look after your PAYING customers?? DISGUSTING!!
@PalaceAndOpera just had to leave a show 25 minutes in due to the pure heat in the opera house, understand you can’t circulate aircon because of covid yet you had people sat shoulder to shoulder melting!! Waste of money, such a shame!
@ZARA_Care hi, I placed on order on Friday which was estimated to be delivered tomorrow 18th May. I really need this order by tomorrow and on this basis I spent over £200!! My ordered is showing as ‘being prepared’ which makes me think it won’t be delivered tomorrow at all!!
@ScottishPower you’ve taken nearly £500 off me this morning, unannounced!! Call and get told there’s a 4 hour wait. Beyond disgusted with this and I demand someone address this immediately!!
@SkyHelpTeam ordered and paying for sky for you to send an engineer round who can’t do anything due to COVID. My option is to watch sky on an app through my phone which is the whole reason why I wanted sky in the first place. Will you be pausing my charges until sky is fitted?
