@HenkPoley They never supported any device 3 years. They usually stop G-series support after 1.5/2 years, but they can perhaps extend it in 2018.

@CopperheadOS @sn_ @Google Google makes SU available to all devices between day 1 and 2 weeks, we're not just talking about notification. This is why we indicate 2 weeks for "Max WW availability delay".
If Google guarantee SU in shorter delay, this statement need to come from Google.

For Google SU, 2 weeks it���s official statement and there’s case where users can’t update in days even when refresh OTA. Many manufacturer use IMEI to restrict SU first weeks/months.
Anyway, you seem to be doing a good job.

@Draugminaion @reneritchie For precision : Apple use also some cloud provider like AWS (Amazon) and Azure (Microsoft) to store some iCloud data. Now I think they have migrated some Azure data to Google datacenter.

@Draugminaion @reneritchie I don’t think Apple has communicated this information and it’s difficult to estimate. Also real storage capacity depend of data sensitivity &storage strategy. Compression/debuplication reduce storage, backup/fault&site tolerance increase storage. This can make a huge difference.

@Draugminaion @reneritchie Interesting but theses data are underestimated. MS Azure and AWS, have a lot more, more than 10 EB. Just one Azure subscription can have up to 200PB, and there’s millions subscriptions. Youtube expected to have >1EB.
In 2016 the estimated global datasphere was about 16 ZB.
