Excerpt from the Practice of Christian and Religious Perfection:

"St Augustine , writing on these words of our Saviour, in St. Matthew, Blessed are the peace-makers for they shall be called the children of God, (Matt. v. 9.) says; that the Saviour of the world called the peace-makers blessed and the children of God, because there is nothing found in them opposite to the divine will: — and that on the contrary, they conform themselves in all things as good children, who endeavour to render themselves like to their father, in all they are able — who have no other will or desire, no other content and satisfaction, but in the content and satisfaction of their father. This is one of the most considerable points in a spiritual life; and he who has attained this conformity in all things to God's will, so as to receive all things as coming from his holy hand, and to place all his joy and content in the performance of what is God's pleasure, will find a paradise upon earth. All things enjoy peace about him, and his habitation is on mount Sion. (Ps. lxxv.3.) He may justly, says St. Bernard, sing with all confidence that canticle of the Wise Man; I have sought my content and repose in all things, and will abide in the inheritance of our Lord. (Ecclus. xxiv. 11) For he will find in effect a true repose; he will find, this joy entire and complete, which no one shall ever be able to dispossess him of. (John xvi. 24.) How happy should we be, could we gain so much upon ourselves, as to place all our joy and content in the accomplishing God's will; and could we arrive so far, as in all things to have no other will but his. So that we may truly say to him: Grant, O Lord, that I may never will, or not will, but according to your pleasure. Grant that this may be my only desire and comfort. For my only happiness consists in adhering so to God, as to build all my trust and confidence upon him. (Ps. lxxii. 28.) Moreover, how happy should we be, if we were so united with God, that in all our actions, all our afflictions and sufferings, we have regard to nothing but the fulfilling his holy will in us ? This made a certain devout person say, that he who has only one thing in prospect, who refers all to one thing, and in this one thing contemplates all things, will always preserve his heart in a peaceful state and will rest and repose in peace, in the bosom of God.(Imit.)"

Pope St. Innocent I’s Declaration That No One Is Saved Without Baptism

In his letter Inter Ceteras of Jan. 27, 417, Pope St. Innocent I confirmed the Council of Mileve and condemned the heresy of the Pelagians.  His letter was considered an authoritative response of the Apostolic See.  It’s also referenced as such by St. Augustine and St. Robert Bellarmine.[1]  In the document Pope St. Innocent teaches that eternal life is only conferred by baptism.  He also says that those who believe eternal life is granted without baptism should confess or admit that in their view the baptismal streams are of no benefit.

Pope St. Innocent I, Inter Ceteras, To The Council of Mileve, Jan. 27, 417: “But that claim which your Fraternity asserts that they [the Pelagians] preach, namely, that children can be endowed with the rewards of eternal life even without the grace of baptism, is utterly foolish… But those who claim this [eternal life] for them without regeneration seem to me to wish to nullify baptism itself, since they preach that these have what is believed to be conferred on them only by baptism.  If therefore they [the Pelagians] want to claim that not being reborn is no hindrance [to eternal life], it is necessary that they should confess that the sacred streams of regeneration are of no benefit.  But in order that the perverse doctrine of unnecessary men may be refuted by the swift reason of truth, the Lord proclaims in the Gospel, saying: ‘Suffer the little children to come unto me, and forbid them not; for of such is the kingdom of heaven’ (Luke 18:16).”[2]

Thus once again we see a pope authoritatively teaching that the Sacrament of Baptism is required for salvation.  That’s the true position of the Church, which is so widely denied in our day.

On the topic of "Sovereign Citizen", it does not exist. Never, have I ever identified myself as such. I am not a 14th Amendment citizen, I am not a member of the "United States public Trust.

I am one of the People. I don't pay taxes, that is the greatest evidence to a contract and subjection to the "United States" public Trust, it is the exchange of dollars for services.

A forced contract to the membership, is no contract at all, its Coercion, Racketeering and Extortion. That that is what you operate on, you act thru coercion and fear, and in your case, makes you a coward because you wrongfully attack me and then run away like a coward, blocking me from defending myself.

In America we have a free choice and that is why all political power is inherent in the People, its to choose to be free and independent of the public Trust or to be willfully subject to the "United States" public trust for protection and services.

The "United States" corporation themselves admit tht being "subject" is a choice.

The "United States" is a fictional person; a 14th amendment citizen. Its not a country but a corporation.

The legal definition of the "14th amendment" and the question found within it regarding subjectivity, points to the fact that the People have a political power to choose.

Its the choice to choose their own form of government in a republican form of government guaranteed by the "United States". "U.S." Const. Art. 4 sec. 4

The "United States" clearly recognizes and acknowledges that politically speaking there is more than just one person in America and one of them is the People.

(If you use right reason), if there was only one form of government, then, there is no choice, there is no republican form of government anymore, its either a Monopoly or a Monarchy.

Pope Leo XIII and Pius XI have addressed and exposed the deceptiveness of the definition of the "14th Amendment".

"All persons "born"... in the United States"

(If you use right reason), how is it possible for a fictional person ["United States"] to give birth to a natural human being created by God in the procreation between a natural man and a woman.

One of the People, is bound by natural law not to trespass upon another natural man's inherent rights unjustly in public. If this is done then the natural man is perfectly lawful in public.

Pope Leo XIII does recognize a republican form of government in America. He acknowledges the individual and citizens of the "State".

He says that the individual follows the natural law e.g. common law, which has been in existence long before the corporate policies [statutes] of all public Trusts. And the citizens of the "State" follow the "human Law" promulgated [legislated] for them as members of the citizenry.

9. What has been said of the liberty of individuals is no less applicable to them when considered as bound together in civil society. For, what reason and the natural law do for (individuals) that human law promulgated for their good, does for the (citizens of States). But such laws by no means derive their origin from civil society, because, just as civil society did not create human nature, so neither can it be said to be the author of the good which befits human nature, or of the evil which is contrary to it. And so, I have cogently and without anger, set forth that the term "Sovereign Citizen" does not exist in America but only The People of the States, the citizens, and the "States" as political entities as the "United States" clearly acknowledges.

Although I do admit that the corrupt courts of the "United States" and all "States" have used the term to take away the political choice of the People for the purpose of maintaining its monopoly, keeping the money flowing in perpetuity.

The corrupt courts only recognize the fictional person "States, as political entities and the citizens that pay them.

All lawyers inadvertently, knowing or ignorantly unknowing benefit from this corrupt monopoly.

And so, you, James Kuenzli and Chris White are again refuted for your pride, lies and hypocrisy.
