We welcomed a big turnout of 384 participants today, who enjoyed an atmospheric and misty run, jog or walk around Hardwick Park. As ever, thanks go to all of our volunteers who made this possible.

It’s that time of year again. Christmas Day Sedgefield parkrun is almost upon us, which means that a festive singalong is imminent. We introduced ‘Fairytale of parkrun’ last year. It went well, so we’re going to repeat it, and be even more ambitious this time around!

Sedgefield parkrun is cancelled tomorrow. We've walked the course and it's already in a bad state, with the storm not about to blow over. Sorry for cancelling - we don't like doing so - but it's just not safe. ☹️ But we'll be back soon enough! 😃

There is Hardwick Festival fencing ajacent to the long path to the Roman pond, extra marshals will be out for your safety.

If you drive to Sedgefield parkrun this week, please ignore the yellow 'pick up point only' signs at the entrance and park normally. Parking space is reduced, so please car share or walk if you can.
