@AmericanAir On 11/13/24, during boarding for Flight AA 3104 (DFW-MSP), Helen, the gate agent, singled out our visibly Black family. She yelled at us, forced us to check our carry-on while others with identical bags boarded without issue, and stormed onto the plane to remove our bag without consent.

This is blatant discrimination that violates your policies and the Air Carrier Access Act. We demand an investigation, a refund, and staff anti-bias training. Video evidence is attached. #Discrimination #DoBetter
