every collection starts with a parent inscription that holds the rules: mint price, supply, where the artist gets paid, platform fee. once it's inscribed nobody can change it, us included

the art is inscribed as children of that parent and parked where nobody can ever move it. the art stays put forever. what moves is ownership

mint like normal. pay btc and the artist gets paid in that same transaction

your piece goes into a shielded vault only your wallet can open

every mint comes with relay credits. when you send or list privately, your browser builds the move and a zk proof, and our relayer puts it on bitcoin and pays the network fee. your credit count drops by one and the proof makes sure of it. nobody can fake credits and nobody can change your move. it's still a real bitcoin transaction, your own wallet just never touches it, so it can't be linked back to you

on chain a private send is just an encrypted blob and a zk proof. no piece number, no sender, no receiver

list it and the piece and price are public so the market stays honest, but nobody knows who's selling. the buyer pays you directly in one bitcoin transaction

prove you're a holder for discord roles or whitelists without showing which piece or which wallet

already tested on mainnet. two pieces moved privately in the same block and nothing on chain shows who got them

launching a project on this soon. funds go straight back into development. we're just scratching the surface, and the goal is a full privacy layer on bitcoin

I made a dashboard for Planets:

Planets Command

You can link Power Plants, Refineries, and Civilizations (like Aliens) that live on your Planet. More collections will be added.

Planets can communicate with each other using a new decentralized messaging protocol.

You can see your Planet's location on a real-time map and check the radar for objects nearby.

And more. The site is inspired by those cool Adobe Flash websites from the good old days. Sounds, effects, I had some fun.

According to the information shared, the incident affected 435 Bitcoin wallets, with 2,244 inscriptions taken from 211 collectors.

Here are a few things you can do to better protect yourself:

1. Always disconnect your wallet when you're done using a platform.

2. Store your Ordinals / Digital Artifacts in cold storage for an additional layer of protection.

3. Don't interact with links or platforms you're unfamiliar with. Always double-check before connecting your wallet.

4. Never store your seed phrase on your PC or any internet-connected device.

Lastly, separate your devices if possible.

Have one dedicated device specifically for collecting, inscribing, or minting, and avoid installing unnecessary software on it or browsing unnecessary website.

That's what I personally do. I use two devices: a PC and a laptop.

My laptop is my dedicated safe device, used only for collecting, inscribing, and minting. I don't install random software or use it for unnecessary browsing.

The value of transparency

Right from day one with Planets, I wanted to know who the collectors were. For various reasons:

- It gives me an insight into people’s interests, which helps me determine what needs to be developed for Planets.
- It gives me a factual insight into the project’s progress.
- It gives me an understanding of who the genuine collectors are and who the traders are.
- I don’t have to rely on influencers, stories or manipulation.

And with all the projects that followed (Aliens, https://t.co/dxagfzUnSJ, Power Plants) the same thing is happening: most collectors have a profile and aren’t just an anonymous address.

I believe that for our community, this is the way forward and it will likely diverge from the general trajectory of the Ordinals space. Over the past few years, I’ve seen too much (highly professional) manipulation: the organised creation of a certain narratives, wash trading using anonymous addresses, so-called 'whales' on X who all own the same inscriptions. In my view, this is unsustainable and will hinder genuine growth.

Our community is small, but genuine and growing. Because more and more people will want authenticity.
